Right by the Hauptbahnhof and the Bus /Tram terminal so was great for getting into the Altstadt. Big and comfy room. I recommend getting the 24hr travel card, it was 4.90 Euro for an adult, and can be used on train, bus, trams for the inner core.

Honestly i loved the location, the spacious rooms, I booked one family room & my spouse booked another superior executive for our fam of 6 total. It’s good for our size & our rooms got the view of fortress & mountains. Post pandemic, we didn’t have any cleaning come in during our stay but everything was fine & sufficient

The lady on reception on our second day resolved the major issue regarding our twin room. We ended up with a lovely room and an apology. Our confidence in the hotel was restored.

Location close to the train station. Staff provided a new room based on a special request. Pretty clean room with comfy beds.

Lovely big room with a fabulous view. The bathroom is very large too. The beds are very comfortable. The position of the hotel is ideal. Right near the railway station and bus station. Loads of shops, restaurants and supermarkets on the doorstep. Short river walk to the centre of Salzburg.

The hotel was remarkably easy to find coming out of the train station and convenient to the historic area we wanted to explore ... great location. Our room was on the 14th floor had a glorious view overlooking the old town and the fortress.

Although the hotel was a bit old, but we really2 like the room size and all the facilities works perfectly, comfy bed and good size. there's bath tub where we can soak out our exhaustion during the cold winter tour. And we had the fortress view from our room which is a huge bonus. Great location which is just beside the halal market where we can by our supplies with care free and right in front of the train station. the receptionist (a gentleman) was very helpful to try his best assigning our rooms to be closed to each other and they've offered us for early check in when the room was already set. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. It exceeded our expectations. We had a great room on a higher level, which was well worth the upgrade spend. The view over Salzburg city and mountains was fantastic. The room itself may be a little dated with a few signs of wear and tear on the furniture, but it met our needs. The bed was very comfortable, and it was helpful to be able to keep snacks in the minibar. The bathroom was large with a bathtub. The location of the hotel was great, next to the train and bus station. This was invaluable for all our day trips. It is a great hotel if you are planning to do day trips. Overall, very good hotel and worth the upgrade if you get an offer for a top floor.

The Family room is big, like a Junior Suite. Location of hotel is excellent, directly opposite the Salzburg Hbf and Bus interchange. Hotel staff are all helpful, thankfully let us checked in early at no extra cost, and allowed us to leave a luggage with Concierge for 2 days while we travelled to Hallstatt. When in Salzburg, buy the 24h Salzburg card to visit museums, attraction and free bus ride. Restaurants and malls are within waling distance
